Mobile EV Charging Refunds Policy

Parts of Subscription Fees may be refunded prior to the end of the subscription period in the following circumstances. Where a Member cancels a multi-year subscription package, only the current year will be non-refundable, A Member dies and the spouse or de facto partner of the deceased Member does not want a pro-rata credit applied to their own subscription; or for nominated vehicle subscribers a Member’s Nominated Vehicle is stolen or declared a total loss. 

Refunds or pro-rata credits can only be offered when no emergency or scheduled charging service calls have been made during the subscription period. Refunds or credits will not be provided if a change is made during a Subscription period (for example: a change from personal protect to premium personal protect covers or a change of the Nominated Vehicle for nominated vehicle subscriptions). 

If at any time, a member feels that Mobile EV Charging has provided services to them that are not satisfactory, or failed to meet obligations, they are encouraged to contact Mobile EV Charging directly so we may provide timely and fair resolutions to any matters. Mobile EV Charging will assess all refund requests on a case by case basis, changes to your subscription and requests for refunds can be made via email mobile.evcharging@outlook.com, or by calling our 24/7 Victorian based service hotline on 0476 111 615.
