Circumstances outside the control of Mobile EV Charging

Mobile EV Charging will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service, either in whole or part, where failure or delay arises directly or indirectly out of causes beyond the reasonable control of Mobile EV Charging including, without limitation; adverse weather conditions, unavailability of materials, parts, qualified personnel, equipment, fuel or the like; failures in equipment, telecommunications, satellite and global positioning systems (including loss of coverage in any or all of the Service areas); and otherwise where the relevant Service is not reasonably available.

Consequential Loss

To the extent permitted by the law, Mobile EV Charging will not be liable to any person for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Hazardous Locations

Where a Vehicle is deemed by Mobile EV Charging to be in a hazardous location, Mobile EV Charging may refuse to provide Service to it.

Suitable access

Mobile EV charging requires unobstructed access for one of our charging units, which may be light trucks of 7 metres in length, 2.7 metres in width, with a weight of 4.5 tons. If it is not possible to safely access and park our charging unit directly in front, behind or alongside the stranded vehicle to be charged, than Mobile EV Charging will be unable to provide services to it.

Availability of Services

Subject to ‘Circumstances outside the control of Mobile EV Charging’, Emergency vehicle charging is available throughout Victoria 24 hours a day every day of the year. Service will be provided as soon as practicable but response time is not guaranteed and will vary, depending on the location of the Vehicle and demand for services, amongst other things. For personal subscriptions, The Mobile EV Charging member must be present with the Vehicle or at a pre-determined meeting point when the Mobile EV Charging Service Provider arrives and provide current photographic identification. For nominated vehicle cover, the Mobile EV charging service provider must be satisfied that the vehicle is covered before rendering services to it.

Waiting Periods

Provided that there is no pre-existing Condition, emergency charging becomes available immediately after a subscription is purchased.

Scheduled charging service

The Mobile EV Charging scheduled charging service is offered to members only, who purchase a subscription that includes access to scheduled charging services.

Subscription period

Mobile EV Charging has a cancel anytime policy.

Cancellation of a subscription

Upon cancellation of a subscription, the individual immediately becomes ineligible to use any of mobile EV Charging’s services. Subscribers who cancel their subscription will be charged a fixed rate cancellation fee of $30. Refunds and credit will only be offered under specific circumstances outlined in the Mobile EV Charging refunds policy document.


All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and subscription service provider fees, unless sated otherwise. These fees are not set by Mobile EV Charging, and are subject to change without notice. The Mobile EV Charging Price per KW/H for charging is calculated based on costs of delivery and energy prices as well as other external factors, and is subject to change. Subscribers will be given 48 hours advance notice before any change to this rate is enacted.
